පෞද්ගලිකත්ව ප්‍රතිපත්තිය

අවසන් වරට යාවත්කාලීන කළේ: 2026 සැප්තැම්බර් 25

කෙටුම්පතකි — ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කිරීමට පෙර ශාන්ත අන්තෝනි හාඩ්වෙයාර් (පුද්.) සමාගම විසින් සමාලෝචනය කළ යුතුය. සිංහල පරිවර්තනය ද සමාලෝචනය කළ යුතුය.

මෙම ළමා දින ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා ශාන්ත අන්තෝනි හාඩ්වෙයාර් (පුද්.) සමාගම ("ශාන්ත අන්තෝනි", "අපි") පුද්ගලික දත්ත රැස් කරන ආකාරය සහ භාවිත කරන ආකාරය මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තියෙන් පැහැදිලි කෙරේ. එය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ 2022 අංක 9 දරන පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනතට අනුකූලව සකස් කර ඇත.

1. අප කවුරුද

ශාන්ත අන්තෝනි හාඩ්වෙයාර් (පුද්.) සමාගම, අංක 524, ශ්‍රී සංඝරාජ මාවත, කොළඹ 10, ශ්‍රී ලංකාව. ඔබේ දත්ත සම්බන්ධ ඕනෑම කරුණක් සඳහා crmsales@stanthonys.lk හෝ 076 731 0310 ඔස්සේ අප අමතන්න.

2. අප රැස් කරන දත්ත

  • දරුවා පිළිබඳව: සම්පූර්ණ නම, උපන් දිනය සහ වයස (උපන් දිනයෙන් ගණනය කෙරේ).
  • දෙමාපියා හෝ භාරකරු පිළිබඳව: දුරකථන අංකය සහ ලබා දුන්නේ නම් ලිපිනය.
  • ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම: ඔබ උඩුගත කරන ඡායාරූප හෝ වීඩියෝ සහ ඒවායේ අඩංගු තොරතුරු (උදා: පුද්ගලයින්ගේ මුහුණු හෝ හඬ, ඡායාරූපය ගත් දිනය වැනි ගොනු විස්තර).
  • ඔබේ කැමැත්ත: දෙමාපියා හෝ භාරකරු මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තියට එකඟ වූ බවට දිනය හා වේලාව සහිත වාර්තාවක්.
  • තාක්ෂණික දත්ත: වෙබ් අඩවිය ආරක්ෂිතව තබා ගැනීමට සහ අනිසි භාවිතය වැළැක්වීමට භාවිත කරන ඔබේ IP ලිපිනය සහ මූලික ඉල්ලීම් ලොග්.

3. අප එය භාවිත කරන්නේ ඇයි

  • ළමා දින තරගය සඳහා ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් ලබා ගැනීමට, සමාලෝචනය කිරීමට සහ විනිශ්චය කිරීමට.
  • ජයග්‍රාහකයින් නිවේදනය කිරීම ඇතුළුව, ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම පිළිබඳව දෙමාපියා හෝ භාරකරු සම්බන්ධ කර ගැනීමට.
  • ඔබේ කැමැත්ත ඇතිව, තෝරාගත් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් තරගය හා සම්බන්ධව ප්‍රදර්ශනය කිරීමට (උදා: උත්සවයේදී හෝ ශාන්ත අන්තෝනි නාලිකා හරහා).
  • වෙබ් අඩවිය ස්පෑම් සහ අනිසි භාවිතයෙන් ආරක්ෂා කිරීමට.

අපි ඔබේ දත්ත විකුණන්නේ නැත, එසේම සම්බන්ධයක් නැති අලෙවිකරණයක් සඳහා භාවිත කරන්නේ ද නැත.

4. නීතිමය පදනම සහ ළමුන්ගේ දත්ත

අපි මෙම දත්ත සකසන්නේ කැමැත්ත මත පදනම්වය. සහභාගිවන්නන් ළමුන් වන බැවින්, ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම දෙමාපියෙකු හෝ නීත්‍යානුකූල භාරකරුවෙකු විසින් කළ යුතු අතර, ඔවුන් කැමැත්ත කොටුව සලකුණු කිරීමෙන් දරුවා වෙනුවෙන් කැමැත්ත ලබා දේ. ඔබට ඕනෑම වේලාවක කැමැත්ත ඉල්ලා අස්කර ගත හැක (8 වන කොටස බලන්න). කැමැත්ත ඉල්ලා අස්කර ගැනීමෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම තරගයෙන් ඉවත් වන නමුත්, ඊට පෙර සිදු කළ සැකසීම්වලට එය බලපාන්නේ නැත.

5. අප එය බෙදා ගන්නේ කා සමඟද

ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් දැකිය හැක්කේ තරගය පවත්වන අපගේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට පමණි. අපගේ උපදෙස් මත දත්ත සකසන පහත සේවා සපයන්නන් අපි භාවිත කරමු:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — වෙබ් අඩවි සත්කාරකත්වය, ගොනු ගබඩාව සහ Turnstile ආරක්ෂක පරීක්ෂාව.
  • Google LLC — ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් ලැයිස්තුව තබා ගන්නා Google Sheets.

මෙම සේවා සපයන්නන් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවෙන් පිටත සේවාදායකයන්හි දත්ත ගබඩා කළ හැක. පුද්ගලික දත්ත සඳහා සුදුසු ආරක්ෂාවක් අවශ්‍ය කරන කොන්දේසි යටතේ පමණක් අපි ඔවුන් භාවිත කරමු. නීතියෙන් අවශ්‍ය වන අවස්ථාවලදී පමණක් අපි බලධාරීන්ට දත්ත හෙළි කරමු.

6. අප එය කොපමණ කාලයක් තබා ගන්නේද

තරගයේ ජයග්‍රාහකයින් නිවේදනය කිරීමෙන් මාස හයක් යනතුරු අපි ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් සහ අදාළ පෝරම දත්ත තබා ගෙන, ඉන්පසු ඒවා මකා දමමු. ආරම්භ කළ නමුත් කිසිදා ඉදිරිපත් නොකළ උඩුගත කිරීම් දින දෙකක් පමණ ඇතුළත ස්වයංක්‍රීයව මකා දැමේ. ඔබේ කැමැත්ත ඇතිව ජයග්‍රාහී ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමක් ප්‍රසිද්ධියේ භාවිත කරන්නේ නම්, එය ප්‍රදර්ශනය කරන තාක් කල් අපි එම ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම තබා ගත හැක.

7. ආරක්ෂාව

ගොනු ප්‍රසිද්ධියේ ලැයිස්තුගත නොවන පෞද්ගලික ගබඩාවක තබා ඇත. ගොනු සඳහා සබැඳි අත්සන් කර ඇති අතර ඒවා ලබා ගත හැක්කේ අපගේ කණ්ඩායමට පමණි. දත්ත සංකේතාංකිත සම්බන්ධතා (HTTPS) ඔස්සේ යවනු ලැබේ. ප්‍රවේශය අවශ්‍ය පුද්ගලයින්ට පමණක් සීමා කර ඇත.

8. ඔබේ අයිතිවාසිකම්

පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනත යටතේ, ඔබට (දෙමාපියා හෝ භාරකරු) පහත දෑ කළ හැක:

  • ඔබ සහ ඔබේ දරුවා පිළිබඳව අප සතු දත්තවල පිටපතක් ඉල්ලා සිටීම;
  • සාවද්‍ය දත්ත නිවැරදි කිරීමට හෝ සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමට ඉල්ලා සිටීම;
  • ඔබේ කැමැත්ත ඉල්ලා අස්කර ගැනීම;
  • දත්ත මකා දැමීමට ඉල්ලා සිටීම.

ඉල්ලීමක් කිරීමට, 1 වන කොටසේ ඇති විස්තර භාවිතයෙන් අප අමතා, ඔබ සතුව ඇත්නම් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ යොමු අංකය සඳහන් කරන්න. නීතියෙන් නියම කර ඇති කාලය තුළ අපි ප්‍රතිචාර දක්වන්නෙමු. අපගේ ප්‍රතිචාරය ගැන ඔබ සෑහීමකට පත් නොවන්නේ නම්, ඔබට ශ්‍රී ලංකා දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ අධිකාරියට පැමිණිලි කළ හැක.

9. කුකීස්

මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය වෙළඳ දැන්වීම් හෝ විශ්ලේෂණ කුකීස් භාවිත නොකරයි. අපගේ කුකී ප්‍රතිපත්තිය බලන්න.

10. වෙනස්කම්

අපි මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තිය වෙනස් කරන්නේ නම්, එය මෙම පිටුවේ යාවත්කාලීන කර ඉහළ ඇති දිනය වෙනස් කරන්නෙමු.

This policy explains how St. Anthony's Hardware (Pvt) Ltd ("St. Anthony's", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through this Children's Day submission website. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

1. Who we are

St. Anthony's Hardware (Pvt) Ltd, No. 524, Sri Sangaraja Mawatha, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka. For anything related to your data, contact us at crmsales@stanthonys.lk or 076 731 0310.

2. What we collect

  • About the child: full name, date of birth and age (calculated from the date of birth).
  • About the parent or guardian: phone number and, if given, address.
  • The entry: the photos or videos you upload, including any information they contain (for example, people's faces or voices, and file details such as the date a photo was taken).
  • Your consent: a record that the parent or guardian agreed to this policy, with the date and time.
  • Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, used to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

3. Why we use it

  • To receive, review and judge entries for the Children's Day competition.
  • To contact the parent or guardian about the entry, including to announce winners.
  • With your consent, to show selected entries in connection with the competition (for example at the event or on St. Anthony's channels).
  • To protect the site from spam and misuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Legal basis and children's data

We process this data on the basis of consent. Because the entrants are children, the entry must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf by ticking the consent box. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 8). Withdrawing consent removes the entry from the competition but does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Who we share it with

Only our staff who run the competition can see entries. We use these service providers, which process data on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, file storage and the Turnstile security check.
  • Google LLC — Google Sheets, where we keep the list of entries.

These providers may store data on servers outside Sri Lanka. We use them only under terms that require appropriate protection of personal data. We will disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep entries and the related form data for six months after the competition winners are announced, then delete them. Uploads that are started but never submitted are deleted automatically within about two days. If a winning entry is used publicly with your consent, we may keep that entry for as long as it is displayed.

7. Security

Files are stored in private storage that is not publicly listed. Links to files are signed and available only to our team. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited to the people who need it.

8. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you (the parent or guardian) may:

  • ask for a copy of the data we hold about you and your child;
  • ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • ask us to delete the data.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1 and quote your entry's reference number if you have it. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
